The Iberia Visa Signature® Card comes with a moderately high APR of 21.49% - 28.49% for purchases and balance transfers and a penalty APR of up to 29.99%. The card charges a variable cash advance APR of 29.99%.
Fees and Charges
The card comes with a $95 annual fee and does not charge any foreign transaction fees. For balance transfers, the card charges $5 or 5% of each transfer, whichever is higher. For cash advances, the card charges $10 or 5% of the amount of each transaction, whichever is higher.
