What is the accepted credit score range for most cards?

Most Capital One cards require you to have a good to excellent credit score — that means your credit score should be above 670. However, Capital One also offers cards for people with a fair credit score or who want to rebuild their credit.

How many Capital One cards can you own?

While Capital One does not allow consumers to have more than two credit cards at a time, there are a few rule exceptions. If you have a co-branded card or a secured credit card, it does not count towards the two-card limit. Since implementing this rule in 2011, people with more than two cards could keep them.

How many times can you apply?

With Capital One, you can only apply for one credit card every six months. The issuer firmly imposes this limit, and it doesn’t matter if you have applied for a personal or business credit card — if it hasn’t been six months since you last applied, your application will most likely get rejected.

How many times can you get approved?

Capital One does not specify the number of times you can get approved for a credit card. However, it only allows two cards per individual.

How many times can you claim a welcome bonus?

While Capital One states in its terms and conditions that bonuses may not be available for existing or previous accountholders, it does not specify how many times you can claim a bonus.
