We determined the best car insurance companies in Milwaukee for different driver profiles by applying the following weightings for each category:

  • Affordability (70%): MoneyGeek did a comparison of different insurers in Milwaukee and gave each insurer an affordability score, scaled to five points. The insurer offering the cheapest policy could receive a perfect score of five.
  • Customer and claims satisfaction (20%): MoneyGeek analyzed customer satisfaction and claims satisfaction surveys from J.D. Power to score companies for these categories. These scores were scaled one to five and weighted at 10% each.
